on my 2004 vertical escape 800, I took the water belt and waterpump drive off, then loose the nut and washer, then (I have a flywheel puller tool) tried to get the flywheel off but still stuck like weld. any struggle?
They are really on there. There is like a green locktite on the shaft. SLPs puller is suppose to work really good. Some suggested using a little heat and then trying.

I have to agree. I have a puller just like what SLP has and by tightening that as tight as I thought was safe without doing damage, then heating up with a torch. JUST BE GENTLE with the torch but heating it up will pop it off.
