Flooding?

How's everybody doing out in the flood ranges? Im up high enough not to have a problem but was concerned about those who live at lower elev or close to the rivers??

I came back from a hunting trip yesterday, it was p!ssing rain on the pass, both lanes westbound had 10" - 12" of standing water in both lanes.
The little waterfalls coming down the rocks looked like Niagra Falls.

Y

Cryin' shame, all that water went to waste.

My sled has been pouting all week. All that rain, just a complete waste...not to mention a mess for some.

Over 22" of rain WASTED in the mountains. That is the equivalent of 18.3 feet of snow. Yeah, it would've settled, but I could live with that.

I have a snowball in the freezer that I saved from the big snowstorm in March. I am going to sacrifice it tomorrow at noon.

From then on, it will just be snow in the mountains. Your welcome.

PS. I forgot to mention that I got laid-off two weeks ago. Since I am home all the time in November, it has just been raining and raining. As soon as I get a job, the snow will start to pound! I apologize...and will try and get a job soon.
