fliping your shocks up side down?

Have heard that it gets the weight of the shock off of the ski so that it can work more efficiently. I flipped mine over this year and have only ridden twice. I don't really notice any difference. I did it mainly so that water would not sit down next to the seal and cause a rust problem.

The idea is unsprung weight. Means ski will move up and down faster more efficiently. Also helps with the nitrogen up top on rechargable gas shocks.

Probably not. Unless you're racing and have a suspension tuned exactly to your weight, the difference in unsprung weight vs sprung weight isn't hardly, if even noticeable.
