Flatlander here , 1200 FPP stage one to 2871 questions

Hi guys , I'm planning to go to a larger setup on my 2009 gade 1200 FPP stage one. I am going to upgrade fuel system and go to a MCX style setup as far as additional injectors and intake plenum.

I want to run a 2871 and am wondering if the turbo that Lucas has for sale would be a good candidate.

Is the smaller exhaust housing on it going to be an issue or will it work well.

I plan to trail the sled at 10lbs with appropriate octane and then run say 20lbs of boost for hill drags here in northern mn

installing a 2871 on a fpp system will not work.

you need a headers and a complete new 2.25'' divorced downpipe and an alu airbox.

and it will too much laggy for trail use and you don't have timming control to add timing. 2860 is a better choice for trail use.

you are looking to built a detonation machine that will have no power.
