07 Gade800 HO PTEK. I'm cleaning the carbs and forgot how the little white washers/spacers face. I'm referring to the ones the carb needle go through the center. They sit just under the little allen head screw and "hook" piece. There are also two little circular indents on the washers,
do these indentations face up or down?
