fixing cylinders

I blew the top end on my sled and one of the jugs got scared up i was wondering who i can send it to to get fixed?
I am in bc, Canada and prefer not to send it across the border do to shipping costs.

Let me know who does good work at a good price.

Millenium, they don't do a Nic, they do a NiCom carbide coating that is nasty chit! I've got a thousand miles on my topend, no signs of heavy scaring, cross hatch is all but a 100%. The biggest thing I notice is how much oil it holds, they said it would absorb oil, but I had my topend off doing rings, and the cylinders actually "leaked" quite a bit of oil onto the wood benchtop overnight, way more than Nic, pretty impressive.....
