First track change...how much noise should I hear

I finished my first track change and am worried about the noise I have now when the track is spinning while elevated.

I still have a pretty good ratcheting or dadadadadadada sound after trimming back my hyfax even more in the back. They were cut at an angle but probably not enough of an angle.(I used a miter saw and it wouldn't make the same angle as the original hyfax) I have the track hanging right at 1" with no weight. I can't see where anything is rubbing.

Will I hear a pretty good amount of noise with new hyfax, new fully clipped track, and the rear end of the sled lifted?

Is this just from having new hyfax and or new clips?

I don't want to get 9 hours from home and have something screw up terribly.

It has been my experience that you always hear that noise WHILE IT IS RUNNING WHILE ELEVATED. Sounds like you did fine. Time to go ride it.

make sure chaincase has lube in it, rear wheels must be same measure each side.

Have oil in the chaincase and made a line on the site window with a sharpie where it was when full. I measured the track adjuster bolts from the jam nut to the head of the bolt and they are the same.

What do you guys think about track hang. I know the manual says 5/8 " with 10lb, but I have been alot of guys running there tracks with 1 1/2" hang.

is the track the same pitch as the drivers

Def. the same pitch and I'm sure now it was just "white noise".
I lifted my buddies sled which is identical to mine just a year newer and his made the same noise as mine just slightly less loud.( stock track and the slides have 1k miles on them)
Just paranoid about doing my first track swap, sure did get a lot of good advice along the way from this site though.
Now i just need some snow to try the new track out.
I'm pretty sure my wife has even started to pray for snow cuz she can't stand to hear me complain about the lack of snow any more.
