First time riding WA, where to go?

im flying into portland tomorrow to meet an old buddy from when we both lived in AK for a long weekend of riding. He usually hits up Mt Adams but we are willing to do some driving to find the goods. I'm not askin for your secret stash riding locations but if you guys can save us some time chasing snow that would be awesome. Please shoot me a pm if you are feeling magnanimous!

Right now we are thinking Mt Adams Friday, the. Sat/Sun Mt Baker(no clue where to go there but looks like it's gonna get pounded)

afaik Schriebers is now closed. it was open for a week or two, then it rained the trail out

According to the WA state snoparks page Schreibers Meadow was scheduled to be groomed today but I don't know if that means it happened or not.
