As some of you know I'm new to sleds but finally was able to get out last weekend! This experience was going to be 50/50 if this project sled would be considered a BOMB or just a Damn good deal..... So unloaded at friends cabin at Pineloch and rode upto the ridge and onto the Bear Creek trail and down to Cascade and ZERO issues so it's all good. Then we took the sleds down to the lake bed and was keeping up with the 800's with no problem!

Someone was telling me there was a trail from Cascade to Blewett to a Restraunt/Gas Station that everyone rides too and gets a bite to eat and afill up?? Tried to look online just not sure what I'm looking for.

Thanks for any help!

Well, I finally figured out what you were talking about. I've owned at Pine-Loch-Sun since 1984 and never heard of a trail or landmark called "Cascade"........But, just guessing what you're talking about, open this link:

http://www.parks.wa.gov/winter/trails/?TrailType=motorized&Region=3

Click on: 1) Starlite - 2) Teanaway 3) Mineral Springs and build your trail map........Groomer hasn't been all the way thru yet due to light snow depth.......Good luck..

Groomed from Last Resort to 29 Pines on Thursday the 7th groomed out good for the first run of the year..29 to Mineral Springs not too sure about.

They have made at least one pass from 29 pines to Mineral Springs but it was starting to get pretty whooped last weekend. Looking at the grooming reports it doesn't show that they have been back through there.

if you are going to Mineral springs..call ahead and make sure they will have gas....they are not a gas station and dont always have it...most of the time they do but make sure. (509) 857-2361 It is also a good ride from Clearlake snowpark above Wenatchee...you can go over the mission ridge/satalite tower way(not advised for rookies and wives) or the easier way..over swift creeek and then to high creek..just a short section of non groomed trail...go in the day time..have lunch or dinner and then a night ride back..take a few people with you. Again call for gas.
