Glad you didn't go rippin by me while I was hunting!Four wheeler ramps at the house, backed up to a bank up there. It was snowing so F*&#$NG hard back on the west prong road. I might go back up tomorrow. I think I pissed a few hunters off, the ones that weren't packing up and leaving.
Am I the only one that thinks it's kinda stupid to advertise the fact ONLINE that you're riding on less than a foot of snow in an area that aggressively enforces that rule normally?
Seems this would be a WONDERFUL thread for some DB greenie to bring to one of the land mgmt meetings to show how stupid we all are & how we don't follow even the simple rules that we have in place now, so how can we as a user group possibly be trusted.....
I just find it strange that I'm the only one to mention this.
Don't mean to be a downer, but this just seems too perfect of an advertisement for their side.![]()
I was told by the forest service guy over here that we can ride the roads in 2 inches of snow if we want. Has to be 12 or more to get off the road.
GOTCHA!
Pic #4 sure looks like it's off trail, this was what I was looking at.
With all the land mgmt/closure talk lately I just don't want to see US shooting US in the foot.
If nothing else a little clarification keeps that type of person from using this type of thing for their purposes.
Debbie downer, lik my nutz!!!!!![]()
