I will never buy anything from them again, twice he has sent me the wrong vents for my 07-dragon and 07-600,the last time I called him to make sure i got the right ones and he was a total dick,I will stick with Tammy at tocool vents, she has always been nice and never the wrong parts!!!!!

I usually don't get in to these types of threads, but my experience this past week has prompted me to chime in. I was in Idaho Falls last week to participate in the Boondockers Fellowship ride. Weeks prior I had talked with Paul at Fire n Ice for a long time about his turbo set up. He was very informative and patient on the phone as I tried to sort through all the turbo issues.

In the end I chose a BD pump gas turbo through Snow JW due largely to the fact that I didn't feel I was a good enough rider to justify the bigger boost of Pauls set up.

I brought a group of 3 to Idaho Falls for the ride and some work at BD. While there I noticed that I needed several parts for other sleds that I brought. I called Paul just hoping for some local knowledge of which way to go for parts. No only did Paul get all the parts for me at a great price, he actually installed his vents on my side panels for me knowing that I had not chosen his turbo kit.

Paul welcomed me and my guestd into his shop and we learned a lot about turbos. He even gave me some of his custom parts for my Dragon that I would not even have known about. With Pauls knowledge and additional parts, I feel that my build is much more solid than it would have been. Keep in mind that all this was done by Paul with nothing much to gain but repect as he gave me everything at prices that I could not match anywhere.

He had 2 builds going on in his shop on Friday and still took the time to install my vents since my first run on my turbo was Saturday. With all the other last minute things going on this was a real great jesture.

For me, I could not ask more of a dealer who gave me lots of time and knowledge and even continued support and parts after knowing that I didn't buy his product. I have only known a few guys that would go this far out on a limb for what was essentially a non-customer. I really appreciate the efforts Paul made to help this newby wade through all the unknowns, I have no doubt after seeing his shop that he has enough to do that he doesn't need to be teaching me unless he really wanted to.

I am real sorry to hear of your troubles, I hope you can understand my obligation to post my experiences with the same dealer. No matter what water has gone under the bridge, Paul strikes me as the type of guy that you could take a breath and call up to say OK we had a problem here, what can we do to fix it. He had every valid reason in the world to give me the brush off and did anything but. Hope you get it resolved quick and get back out on the snow. EW
