Thank you! That little bit of last minute cash helped me pay the closing costs that were way higher than we thought it was going to be!!

That's why I paid what I did for a crappy house! I came from a really nice condo where I had to listen to my neighbors music.

My neighbor would have to have a CONCERT for it to bother me now!!
