FILLING THE OIL TANK ON THE PRO RIDE... BE CAREFUL.

I added blue oil in the oil bottle for my RMK Assault but I had to drain out the ves gold plus that my dealer filled at the first place. Will switch to ves gold plus after first tank of fuel.

I usually use the Amsoil, as my father in law is a dealer and gets good pricing. However I am not going to chance the warranty thing for a couple bucks in oil. Just not worth it.

I am using the semi synthetic oil per the manual for break in (seats rings faster) then probably VES gold. Has anyone used the Redline Racing oil that SLP recommended for the previous CFI 800s? This oil should not void the warranty right?

Using another high quilty oil should not void your warranty. It would be like buying a power stroke, blowing up a turbo and Ford saying that becuase you where running Delo 15 40 and not ford brand oil. There has to be a direct link.
Now on the other hand if you were running polaris blue non ves oil or another similar type oil and your power valves stick that is a direct link to the falure and then it wouldnt be covered.

They can not tell you that you can only run their oil or it will void your warranty if they do then they have to provide you the oil.

this is true in the auto industry so i'm sure its gotta be similar with the sleds. In order to maintain warranty, there is probably a standard of oil that must be used and as long as you use that standard or better, you are fine. just my opinion
