Fight for trail freedom in NYS!!!!

REMEMBER, They attack 1 sport at a time till they kill them all.
For 30+ years locals in Wayne County NY have been ridding Dirt bikes and ATV's along the 104 trail with out problems. Now the NYS, DEC has decided to side against us with th3e likes of the Sierra club, The wilderness society and the blue water Network. They have turned from supporters of out door recreation to THREAT to our freedom and constitutional right to use OUR, not thier, State and federal property. We the people own those trails. Not the Enviro *** New, NYSDEC. Some of us locals have decided to make this our fight and we are looking for outside help from other groups that have fought this battle before. Anyone that can help us get in the right direction, please reply. Thank you. at the very leaste, A flood of angry mail to the NYSDEC, Govenor Patterson, Schummer, Hitlery, and Andrew Cuomo would be benificial. FLOOD THIER OFFICES!!!!, Snail mail is better cause it takes up space. It seems as though these dip schitts forgot who they work for. Lets remind them.
I would also ask that ridders feel free to embelish public disobediance and let the powers that be know we will not sit back and let them screw us.
Forms of disobediance:
Refuse to register in NYS until laws change.
If you do register and insure your machine, Ride anyhow and fight tickets diligently.
Continualy E-mail, Snail mail, Fax, Voice mail, Phone call and blog your decent repeatedly until they see we will not give up.
We are starting to put together a group to go to the Avon DEC headquarters and shut down thier ability to function by protest.
Anyone interested in helping please get in touch with me. We hope to hold protest early spring or end of winter.
The enviro groups against us have unlimited funds and own most NYS poloticians so the fight will be hard but we will win. If lazy drug addicted loons can protest thier way to getting what they want, Imagine what a group of hard working, Patriots with a strong work ethic can get done.

I understand your dilemma....

....as do most of us out here in the west. Please believe me when I say that you are 100% right and we will help as much as we can.
But...
Your closet needs to be cleaned out, as in most of your politicians that are entrenched in most of the eastern states. You have many politicians from NY who are very much behind any land grab bill that pops up as put forth by the enviro lobbeyists to create more wilderness out here in the west as well as closing national parks to snowmobilers. Can't remember her name but she is from NY and went on record to say that she would support any land bill that came up for vote that would create wilderness to ensure the west stayed wild and pristine. Maybe she would consider plowing NYC under and returning it to it's natural state....wasn't it a swamp before skyscrapers?
Create numbers through your snowmobiling clubs, get the BRC on board and any other motorized user groups you can get the word out to.

Good luck over there. And you probably won't find much help here since most people on here won't do chet unless it's in their backyard.
We get a TON of midwest boys that come here to ride and most of them (thanks to the ones that do) don't think it's their problem since they don't live out here. Too bad all their favorite riding areas are being closed and now they have to drive another 5 hours on top of the 16.
