just wondering how fernie area is after the new snow? snowpack much better or still have to watch for landmines. Been a terrible year for this area.

Just a thouht for those of you having trouble riding in Fernie this year..... Try riding somwhere other than the cutblocks and wide open slopes??!! I only once had trouble with landmines in Fernie and that was two years ago, the third week of November.... Give exploring a little try??? Just a thought...

rolling hills is a real fun area and also prolly one of the safest places to ride

Rode Fernie last friday, saturday and yesterday and rode no less than 2 feet of fresh all three days. Yesterday was the best and deepest though. All three days were blue bird ski's also. Best riding I have had in Fernie this year yet.

today was one of the top 5 days i've ever had. blue sky, sunny, and DEEP.
