Fedreal Budget and default on paying interest

Since 2007 has anyone ... Democrat or Republican approved a budget submitted by this White house administration?

My second question is why would anyone default on an interest payment when it cost less the $25 a month and you are getting $225 month knowing full well it will ruin you ability to borrow forever?

Logic and rationality are not traits present in our current government officials.
