Favorite Place to Mount PC5?

Front of the oil tank works great... Jumps , drops it's never moved.
Use some good industrial Velcro.

Thanks gt! i was wondering about the stickie-ness on the oil bottle.... :beer;:beer;

dont use oil bottle

I used the oil bottle and it fell off and went into my clutch.
I did use the velcro that came with it. That may have been the problem.

I ended up stashing it in the tool bag.

We zip tie them to the wire harness that runs along the over structure.

This is also what I have done on the last couple I have installed. The first one I used the supplied Velcro. Clutch was damn close to eating it. Good thing I have quick reaction time

Probably about 4000 or so combined miles on the 3 I installed in this fashion last winter with no issues

Its not PCV, but idea is the same. I just made 2 custom brackets and velcro-ed it.

Can't remember where I mounted the PCV but it easily allowed the needed hard wire connection that you need to do to change things at home.

I do remember, after I mounted the new Boony box on the handlebars with a capture button to eliminate any guess work on where I wanted my changes to the fuel, that I was much happier able to test my changes right away.

If you make a clutching change or get out on a sunny spring day where you can tan on the stops lol, it`s nice to be able to "drop the needles" or "change the jets" like the old days. Just cleaner, quicker, and less work.

I'm a Boony Box fan again with the new TPS interface and 13 rpm program.
