so im new to the boise area and im looking to upgrade to a 2014 800 pro 155. i dont want to start a price war between dealers so i was gonna see if anyone on here had some advice. i have talked to a few area dealers and was told id be looking at 10,700. does this seem about average? any advice would help, id like to give my business to a good company that is gonna take care of me after they sold the sled too.

fair deal

sounds like pretty good price almost better to buy now instead of snow check . I got a price in april of 11,500.00 w 4 year warr, now my buddy just picked one up from Grizzly for 10,800.00 sound like there are going to be some upset people picking up snow checks:mmph: .i woulkd recc buying local more willing to help out if having warranty issue. I known both Grizzly Sports and Carls Cycle both have a good rep :face-icon-small-coo

You are in Boise... buy from Carl's. I have no experience with other dealers, but I live in Utah and I buy all my stuff from Carl's because of their reputation, service and knowledge.

If you can find one in stock for 10,700, that is a smoking deal! Almost too good to be true in our opinion, so we would jump on it! That is cheaper than what most got their snow checks for! Make sure that you are getting an accurate out the door price though, with all fees and BS charges included. A lot of dealers in the past advertise a good deal, and then when you get the setup, taxes, and fees you really are at the same price, or more than other dealers. Find somebody that will look you in the face, shake your hand, and treat you well after the sale. If you are in Boise, Carls Cycle Sales is a great dealer to go to! And if you have nothing to do this weekend come to the Boise Snow Show at the EXPO Center, you will likely find the best deal you ever will at a show!

Hopefully we see you there, come say hi to us too!

That sounds to be like what the dealers are offering around the west. I just went to Northstar in Preston, ID today and was quoted 10,600 for a 155 and 10,900 for a 163. A 163 out the door with a turbo I was looking at 16,182. I wasn't planning on buying a new sled this year but now my heads tied up like a pretzel. Still going to wait till next year......I hope haha

fair price

WOW! that just totaly kills the sled market. My 13 must be worth about 7500. now:mmph:. these are prices you would see in spring not at start of season . why even snow check anymore? A guy could buy in season and pay for ext warr and still be ahead. Makes you wonder how the dealers are handling this . 10,600 for a 14 pro is a buy . I have one thing to say BUY LOCAL ! and service means more than price :face-icon-small-coo

New to sledding this year. The guys at carls have been a great help with what to look for as far as gear, maintenance, what's a good sled and what isn't. When I'm ready to buy a new sled it will be from carls. With the service I have gotten, I will be back.

Couldn't agree more I was shocked when they told me 10,600 granted that's not OTD but still I think that's better then what they quoted me when I snowchecked my 12' I thought the same thing what's the point of snow checking anymore? sure you can get different panels but I just wrap my sleds anyways.
