F/S XCR 800 engine fitted for IQR chassis

Testing the waters here, contemplating selling my IQR/XCR 800 Tripple to install a less powerful engine that is PERC compatible. Would consider partial trade for Polaris 600, 727, 797 Smallblock engines. Engine dyno'd at LRM in Colfax WI, dyno sheets available. Not a lot of time on this engine, but the the times I've ridden it, its scary fast.

Engine is an 2001 Polaris XCR 800
Flannery cylinder and case porting
Crank was redone, all new Polaris bearings
New Polaris pistons/rings, Wiseco Prolite wristpins
All Polaris gaskets, seals, o-rings were used
Rebuilt waterpump
Hot seat 14:1 heads and Hot seat 12:1 heads
VF3 reeds
Indydan reflash on CDI
LRM custom fitted pipes with ceramic coating, 8500-8700 RPM
LRM custom motor mounts
LRM modified Steering hoop
New carb boots
Custom Steering post
38mm rack carbs, all new floats, seals, gaskets, have the black slides waiting to go in
Engine runs on Pump 91 above 5,000', I have pump gas sea level domes also
New Poalris primary clutch (Indydan balanced)
Custom fabricated airbox, oil tank and CDI mount
PSI Billet Thermostat



Many spare parts included, 2 waterpumps, CDI, coils, spare primary clutch, gaskets, spare VF3 reed cage, etc.

hi i have a complete 600 engine built from my 07 440 iq bottom end it had 04 prox 600 jugs i got the cases matched and milled to accomidate the cylinders or i got another 07 fushion 600 ho motor its the same just has longer rods but im verry intrested i have a 05 with a xcr 800 in it now just need someone to make pipes so maybe we could work out a deal with just the pipes or a comeplet motor swap i got twin slp pipes and a 09 take off pipe from a mod its stock ceramic coated carbs coils cdis thanks jesse

Back on up, engine now has Bored carbs, Recurved ignition and is fresh off the dyno. Also installed a new set of red water covers and have the other ones awaiting black wrinkle powdercoating.

Dyno sheets will be provided to buyer along with all set up information, clutching, jetting, gearing etc for elevations from 500' Above sea level to 8-10K. Bolt in and go

No expense spared on this engine combo.

I have a 2006 IQR 600 H.O. motor with twin SLP race pipes that came out of my IQR. This motor is still stock. I have a 2005 700 ves struthers motor with twin race pipes to fit an edge. This motor is a full race motor and runs hard. I have a 2005 700 ves stock motor. I have a 2005 800 ves SLP race motor with SLP race pipes to fit an edge chassis or IQR chassis. This motor also runs very strong.
