I have a set of Better Boards but my wife, in one of her insane cleaning frenzies, threw out my instructions with the website printed on it. I needed that so I could reference install pics on the site.

What did you use to cut? I don't have a plasma cutter, just a 4" angle grinder with cutting blades and a hack saw.

I did that once before we got married. She threw out a bunch of sled magazines in one of her "insane cleaning frenzy's". So I decide to clean up a bit and threw out all her Bridal/wedding mags. She was far from pleased but she got the point and asks before she throws out anything questionable of mine. I wouldn't mind seeing another cleaning frenzy though

Pj I used a sawzall to cut mine out with 18t blade, worked great.

a jig saw with a metal blade works pretty good also

i just drilled out holes to start and stop then used a file to clean up everything

I picked up an air saw from Harbor Freight for 30 bucks. Worked great. Took all of 20 minutes to do both sides.
