Extrusion replacement For Revs

We all know how week the running boards are on these sleds. I bought a used 2005 Rev last year and the running boards had a bend in them already. I straightened them and installed a set of stiffeners from Specialty Sleds. After one ride they were bent again ... 150$ down the toilet.

I just installed a set of the extrusions that MARCUSO is selling and they are a great product at a reasonable price. They are quite a bit thicker than the stock BRP extrusions and also have an insert inside them for even more strength. For 200$ this is an excellent product and I would reccomend them to anybody looking to fix their running boards. They are also easy to install.

After one ride with lots of hard landings they're still straight

I second that! Great upgrade. Several hundred miles and hard landings by my 230 pound arse and still staight as the 1st day.
