Exit shocks -Adjusting Preload

I need to increase the preload, stared at the shocks for 15 minutes, looking for hints. Thank you

You will have to compress the spring slightly by hand. Once you do that, pull down on the upper spring retainer, you will then see a "retainer clip". It looks similar to a c-clip, just larger in size and silver in color. Take your thumb nail or small screw driver pry it down to the next notch. It's real easy to do once you figure it out. I'd only go down one notch at a time as you can definitely feel a difference when you adjust these.

Right on point
