Got a Carls 660 and a stock 800. Both 2014 PRO RMK's. The 660 last winter was cutting out so we cleaned the power valves and put a new bellows in one of them (cracked), fixed the performance issue. The 660 was cutting out in the deep stuff yesterday, so I figured lets check the EV's again. Inside the bellows were large amounts of oil again like they were last winter. Figured I should clean the ones on the 800 and very little oil inside the bellows.

Why is one sled EV's having more oil than the other inside the bellows? :face-icon-small-con

NOTE this is the first time I have cleaned the 800's and they weren't to bad.

check the small seal in the housing

Are you referring to where the shaft (#8) slides through the collar (#9)?

Not just one bellow is loading up on oil, its both.

Is the oil pump turned up on the 660, and not the 800? You seeing a significant difference in oil consumption when they're riding together? I'm guessing the 660 is not pinned all the time, while the 800 is loafing.

I have no idea about the oil pump, purchased used May 2014. 660 doesn't get opened up unless I am on it, wife's sled.
