Exhaust Valve Removal/Jumper Question

As you all know the M1000's run really lean prior to the exhaust valve opening. It is hard to tune this out because the point of opening changes with elevation, temperature, throttle position, intake temps, etc.

So my question is if you installed a BDX delete kit or someone else's and installed the jumper would it eliminate the step in the ECU that is causing this lean spot?

Or can you get your ECU reprogrammed to eliminate this lean spot?

On a street bike, from what I understand, their is a pair of wire that need to be cut and spliced to bypass the emissions crap and avoid this lean condition.

Just trying to get around the AC standard program.

Any ideas.

it's not the fuel map but the valves going from a low port motor to a high port motor when the valves open.

It that is true then by installing the blanks it would cure this problem. Correct?

I was just under the impression that cat did some funky tuning with this to get past emissions and at the point the valves open it also increases the fuel curve with the ECU.
