Exhaust Valve loaded with oil?

My exhaust valves had a bunch of oil in them, is that normal?

under the bellow yes..on the top of the bellow..no..means you have tears in the bellow and need to replace them..

Awesome, they were clean and dry ontop, i replaced them anyways!
