exhaust valve gasket keeps blowing out on one side!!!! need help

got a 2005 900 switchback 144. my right side exhaust valve gasket keeps blowing and loosing compression. let last time it happend it burnt a hole in the piston. i cant decide on selling it as is or rebuilding it, if i do i need to stop this gasket from blowing. has anyone have this on there sled??

Are the threads all good where they attach? I had to helicoil mine on one sled. If they are good and they are leaking anyway I would put some gasket sealer on both side of the gasket and then it won't leak. Permatex would work or high temp silicone if you want to be certain there is no chance at all of it leaking.

when put a new one on it will last for about 150 miles with no leaking at least not noticed then ill noticed less power and open the hood and see oil from it

silicone it and call it good. You also might want to run it up to temp then retorque the bolts.
