Exhaust Fitment Question

Is there any reason why an 03-04 Pro X SLP Single pipe won't fit on an 04 700? I would like to buy this one online, however I'm worried it won't fit exactly.. I've checked the SLP site and the 03-04 SLP pipe has a different part number then the 700 RMK the Pro X Pipe also seems to have a different expansion/different pipe geometry's and is closer to that of what would seem like a Gen II Chassis.

Pro-X has a deeper bulkhead than an RMK or Edge so the pipe is shaped differently. If you want to put an Edge pipe on a Pro-X I think you need to do some trimming on the bulkhead. I think the shock towers are proably different and interfere as well.

So It wouldn't be a simple set in the sled, follow SLP installation instructions (via PDF), and bang have it on the sled?
