I was in Cooke Couple weeks ago and had a great snow. I'm on a rented 2012 Polaris pro rmk 800 163 and my buddy is on a rented 2012 Arctic cat 1100 turbo 162. Avy danger was high so not much climbing but we had a lot of fun in the trees. The Polaris is the most purpose built mountain sled I have ever ridden. I have ridden almost every newer mountain sled. The cat is an absolute rocket ship. I actually think I could have put it into orbit. Thanks to Antlers Lodge. Bill and Kay are excellent hosts. Also, thanks to Cooke City Exxon for letting me trash their sled. Good people and fair about the cost of the damage.
