EVOPS flash AND MDS clutching

First off, Evo Powersports 215 flash is awesome. I've always had a two stroke up to last year when I bought the m1100t. After a huge let down on the M I had actually put it up for sale. I decided to try out the 215 flash before I totally give up and I'm glad I did it!!! This set up makes this sled run the way I expected to stock. We all know arctic cat talked up this sled as a powerhouse at any elevation and that wasn't true. I just had mine out for the first ride and man did this set up surprise me. It just doesn't stop pulling!
EVOPS-- you guys did great! Thanks you.

MDS CLUTCHING, This company is wonderful. Very personable, wants to help, wants his product to work, and actually returns calls!! Clutching is the heart and soul to getting your max HP to ground out of stock or mod sleds. Definitely call MDS.

It is worth noting that at lower elevations, the stock M1100T isn't that impressive - 177 hp isn't huge power on a sled that is considerably heavier then a 2S. EVO components really wake this sled up, and are well worth the dime at any elevation. If you think the 215 flash is impressive, try a BC250 or 275 kit (I have the 250), and buy duct tape to hold your hands on the bars... the biggest problem is keeping the skis down, a comment I heard the past weekend from a fellow who rides a 2013 Summit 800 ETEC - he realized that 4 stroke turbos are not for the faint of heart...lol

91.88g. 8000rpm @ 3000ft. 3" Turbo Dynamics exhaust, EVO boost tubes and intake elbow, EVO BRV, BD cold air intake and Hijacker 2.0 @ 15psi. Working great!

Bendy, what helix are u running? I have a very similar set up, with the TD four stage reflash, 3" turbo force exhaust, evo boost tubes, and a BD cold air intake in the works. currently running mds weights @ 91.88 with dalton aqua white and stock helix with dalton green gold. The sled freakin rips. never had a hold of anything that pulls like this monster.

Thats the whole problem right now. I haven't done anything other than add the weight so I can actually ride this thing. It has a hard engagement. Thats really the only problem I feel I'm having. I'm going out this weekend and I'll be riding 6000ft-8000ft. What elevation are you riding at in AK? If your up higher, I'll try what you're running. If you're at sea level, I'll try someone elses setup. As far as power goes... WOW! I'm a BIG guy and it can move me around.

We run 88.3 weights for the high elevation your going to ride this weekend..
This is with the EVO 215 flash- and all his add on's to complement the stock turbo
Possibly try the Polaris Black primary- it works well up here riding at 8,000 to 10,000' and is Smmmmmooooth on engagement it holds 8350 rpm all day long!!

Weight

I'm running CPC weights. I'll pull weight out when necessary without any problems. The off/on throttle when I'm basically stopped, to full throttle is what feels a little harsh. S/C... do you have a P/N for the black Polaris primary spring?

91.88g no good!

I finally made a trip to the hills. 5500ft and all I could pull was 7700rpm. Lame! Of course I forgot my allen wrench to remove weight. Works great from 2000-3000ft. After that its just too much for the power I'm making.
