Just got back from two days riding 3 1100 all set up bit diff.
One straight pipe only 3 inch ce pulled 7800, number two straight pipe, 3 ce and 215 stock clutching pulled 7900, third 2.5 divorced straight pipe, 2.5 ce, 215 dalton 90gr on 5w's black Polaris spring pulled 7700-7800.

Biggest difference is not power between the three but its the map in the evo tune that made it nice, seemed to have much nicer on off throttle turbo feel best I can describe, like it has reduced lag. 2.5 divorced on this level tune waste of money, Dalton's made no diff Polaris black brought the engagement down 200. If you want big power go bc or sc, for a really nice map that overall improves the sleds manors 215 all the way, totally worth the money IMO.

Interesting, were u running 93 octane in the evo flash? Did it have a cold air intake or bov?

I'm assuming the 215 had stock gearing......just wondering what you were seeing for track speed??

Fuel was 95+ oct, 91 mixed with 2 gall c12. No cold air no bov, but second hole opened up on air box.

This is achieved through timing and controlling the turbo boost. The stock ecu I am sure is fairly conservative in both. The guys at evo have it figured out and figured out for the mountain guys that are in and out of the throttle alot compared to the trail guys who are not.

U should put the EVO BOV kit on. I still have stock tune(not for long hopefully) and just ripping around the house it is not the same machine as last year. The on/off/on improvement is much like my old 2smoke. Kinda miss the snake hissin at me though.

I have the 215 Evo flash, BVR kit and a Big Dog Barker silencer. Also have the EVO fan kit. I have about 20 miles on with this setup vs the EZ jacker last year. Not even a compairison so far. The EVO flash is so much more responsive and idles and runs much cleaner. Love the fact that with stock clutching pulls about 8000 RPM. Nothing bad to say so far.

Do you have a down pipe?

If you think the flash is great....wait till you give it the cold air it wants and a BOV that actually works. The amount of turbo response improvement is hard to believe. Stock turbo intake upgrade will make the most of the cold air intake too.
