ever heard of this???

so i was out riding and the m1100 quit in the middle of nowhere 2 times and the oil temp and water temp lighr came on but i started it and it ran fine?? what is goin on? i heard it was something to do with the throttle but if someone can help with some info it would be much appreciated

Happen to me last year, check fuel pump!

Happen first ride out last year. Mine was a pinched wire harness.

dead 1100

The smart valves were hooked up backwards on mine- it would run out of fuel after a couple of gallons, or quit completely on a sidehill. Took awhile to figure it out, though.
