Don't worry my friend, ALL the sled Mfg's will be beating a path to your door soon and you will only have nod your approval on the sled of your choice. I'm thinkin they will be at my house shortly after that.

The pol just with a pvc had 150 ish also tested HP on a sled that the chit had been ran out of it. Polaris has always woke up with a pipe unlike Ski-doo.
Add a pipe and lose wieght and gain power. Lets see where were at then.

Not sure who it was ,but I beleive someone on here put a y-pipe, reeds and a pipe on a new e-tec and it dyno'd at 170 hp. If it is so than mod for mod it still wins.

yes this makes perfect sense, buy a pro for the same money as a doo, then spend $2000.00 to give it the same power, and for a bonus void your warranty by adding aftermarket stuff to get the same performance.

I simply dont understand!

Ok peoples, this question has to be a no brainer...but i gotta ask this...
My question is, after seeing burn down after bundown on the Polaris 800s (even worse after the updates!!) in the last couple years, never in my opinion has a manufacturer had this many issues with a sled, TPM updates, motor mount bolt update, clutch shavings, pistons...the list is large!
Why would ANYONE in their right mind for one second, slightly consider EVER buying another 800 from Polaris!!!
Now I'm not saying that others dont have their problems, but Polaris has many...
Until they have proven that their s*** is in reliable working order there is in no way would i ever consider spending $13K CAD riding that sled always wondering if its gunna let me down!!
not to mention on dynotech's website the new 2011 800 prototypes have close to the same hp as the Cat and Doo 600's!!! down 20hp! they better fix that! One thing positive I have to say is that the Pro is simply the sexiest lookin sled out there....
