Err Code 520327. Help

I was getting a err code of 520327 today and sled would bog down on the top end. Seemed like the exhaust valves weren't opening. Does any body know what that code means?

Posted this in the other thread as well - but I'll put it here in case you miss. I don't know that code specificity, but this is something you can try at home for $0 basically...

Check all the electric connections in the Velcro pouches above the primary clutch and all others in that general region. Take apart, dry out, put a little di-electric grease (very little) on. Also, orientate the connector in a way that water would run out of it..as opposed to collect in it...if that makes sense. Seen that a couple times and it's a quick easy fix.

This is an exhaust valve code, & if I remember I think it is bc they aren't opening correctly. I have had 3 different EV codes over the last few rides and my sled goes into limp mode. Just cleaned them & had them "re-learned", so hope it fixes it. Plan on riding tomorrow or Wednesday so keep you updated.

Had the same code, relearned and erased codes, but came back. Found water in the connector to the pwm blowed it dry and put dielectric grease in it. Seems ok now. Its the black round thing in the black pouch on the clutch Guard. A analog/digital converter to The exhaustvalves.

Thanks for all the info guys, I'm going to do what you guys said and I'll report back.

Had same issues- what we did as Jaynelson said with the grease- also wrapped the entire connections in a baggie- and re- installed the black velcro bag.. Issues resolved...

What it appears is the primary in deep snow ( where we discovered the issue)throwing moisture/ steam- or from the pipe area Y pipe and inital pipe. Steam/moisture getting into the connections and throwing the code- ..
After the baggie fix- ZERO problems...
4 rides and good to go !:light:

I believe I'm having similar issue, I have he PIDD but it's not showing the code just the CEL. Dropped off to dealer Thursday. I wish I seen this post first cause I think you guys are on to something. I'll try and post back the result and fix as well.

I think I'm havin the same problem also. My engine light started flickering at me and the sled would cut out under wot. Then eventually the engine light would stay on and the sled wouldn't run over 7000 rpm. Almost like it was in a limp mode. Is this what was happening to you guys? If so did drying out the connections fix it?
