ERR 520335-5 ?

Update...

The next day I started the sled. No CEL. Made it six miles from the truck and the CEL came back. Got the sled started in limp mode and crawled back to the truck.

New codes:
520335-5
520327-31
520335-3

Alpine Motorsports in Kremmling was able to take it in Thursday and check it out. They found two connectors with some corrosion and the poor connections were triggering codes. They were on the phone with Polaris regarding the issue as they hadn't seen it yet.

No CEL issues since then.

The only thing that raised an eyebrow was that a couple of times I had to give it a little gas when pulling to get it to start after the sled was hot. Up until now I've only had to do that occasionally on cold mornings.

Found these wires pulled so tight they were starting to wear through and grounding out to the bracket for gps globe

I had random 520335 and check engine light on my sled. Shake the wire connector areas and it would work good for a day.
I took it to dealer and they found the wire casing rubbed through in 2 places... so they had to order parts and a capacitor. Hopefully done by Friday.

also check the 2 relays right above the y pipe. there have been a couple guys having issues and both these relays had corrosion in the connections. just pulled mine to find some. cleaned them and put it back together with dielectric grease.
