what should the 700 run for temp and what temp should the light come on and what temp does the stat open any info would be great thanks.

What year and what model of 700? Are you referring to the temp guage that came on the sled or EGT temps? Is "stat" short for thermastat?

I haven't gone for a long ride this season, but IIRC my sled runs between 150 and 160 on my Digitron. I personally do not run a thermostat.
