Engine Mounting Alignment

The "Kick" on the plate...it was supposed to be the same angle/"kick" as the factory plates and it was just a bit more than 5/16" out as in not bent enough. The rear "kick" was out on the plate, the front "kick" was bang on.

easy fix, just glad I caught it during the install.

Did Curt think this happened only to yours, or has it happened to a "bad run" of plates??

Yah not sure...he never said and I never asked>? I know they had to build mine as they didn't have any in stock so might have just been mine?

FYI - SPX Rear motor mounts are CRAP/JUNK. They don't fit properly in my opinion compared to the factory mounts. I'm going to swap out the SPX mounts with either factory or some SLP mounts if i can get my hands on them. The hole on the mount doesn't line up perfect with buttons on the mounting brackets. JUNK the one mount isn't even perfectly straight and they are brand new why can't everything just be perfect all the time and not have defects right from factory?? Perhaps I'm too picky and want everything to be perfect but in my opinion if it aint right and doesn't seem right then stop and think about what your doing because it's probibly not right. just a FYI guys don't buy the SPX mounts they are CRAP
