Engine Light DET

So finally got my 12 600 running around the yard yesterday for the first time. Engine seems strong like last year. my check engine light came on steady however, manual says not to worry about it if the light is steady, however flashing is a bad sign. Says problems could be poor fuel and I do have a lot of stabilizer in. Any body have experience with this?

ya drain fuel, put new stuff in before you get too worried about it

Your likely on poor fuel from last year, dump it, put in new stuff and add some seafoam to counteract and leftover fuel you don't get out

Ok thats what i thought but wanted to make sure. gonna get some premuim fuel since im under a quarter shake it around and re set my gauge see if that solves it, Thanks!
