It's not the rebel site that is redirecting, it is the members that contribute 100% of the content that are redirecting. What made SW what it is today are those contributing members. If SW wants to push those same people away, they are going to gather somewhere and that somewhere is in the back country. SW made their bed and now they need to lie in it.
