Electrical Problems with Crossfire.

I bought a 2006 Crossfire 700 for my wife at Haydays with 1400 miles. Finally got enough snow to take it out for a spin and identified several issues.

1) Headlights are very weak in dim or bright position. Instead of bright white beam, its yellow, kinda like riding with a weak flashlight.

2) Digital read out on dash gauge goes blank at 2,900 rpm or below, also needle locks position. When rpms are brought back over 2,900, digital readout goes through a reactivation process and works as long as rpms are kept above 2,900. Backlight on gauge seems to work normal.

3) Digital MPH is way off. When I'm actually running around 20 MPH digital read out says 60 mph. At first I thought it was reading kilometers, but gauge says MPH.

4) Hand warmers do not work, but thumb warmer does.

Sled starts, idles and seems to run normal.

So can anyone give me an educated guess?? I did a quick forum search and didn't see any posts that match my symptoms, but I may not have dug deep enough. I'm wondering about an electrical short, voltage regulator or taillight wiring???

Thanks for any help.
