Traeger with a couple mods:
Savanah Stoker controller ---awesome
Smoke daddy cold smoke generator
Blanket-saves money on pellets
Set it and forget it is what I like about my Traeger wood pellet smoker. I smoked 2 pork shoulders a couple of weeks ago for a Sunday luncheon. I got up at 2 am, threw the shoulders on the traeger, fired up the smoke daddy cold smoker generator, and get it for 225 deg F and didn't look at the meat until noon time. Traeger with teh Savanah Stoker controller was spot on within 1 degree F of 225 deg and the meat was at 178 deg F. 2 hours later, it was at 201 deg F which is what I consider perfect pulling temperature.
If I were to buy another one, I'd get this brand; http://www.smokedaddyinc.com/products.html#!/Pellet-Grills/c/15885065/offset=0&sort=normal Its cheaper than a Traeger and probably made in the same China factory. Traegers are no longer made in the USA ;-(
