If he walks out and squats to pee, then rushes back inthe tent to spoon with fordy then its gonna be a long hard winter!

I don't care what the meteroligist's say. I'm not going to ask for much, but i would like a little more snow than last year and without the January dry spell SW Montana had. Obviously I would love to have a winter we had 2 years ago, but i notice when i ask for too much, I don't get it.

It's been a cool summer here, even a few days of rain.

Around here the last time we had a winter as bad as this last one, we had a summer exactly like we are having now...wetter than average. The following winter was fricken epic around here, i believe it was 05-06. Had 20+ feet on my favorite mountain that is normally around 8ft.

Lets hope it works like that again!!

if memory is correct the last El Nino was great for SW Wyoming mountains.......

I hear it means nothing but a TON of snow hear in CO. Usually riding above 10000ft anyway, so not too worried about the wet stuff. Though last time we had an El Nino it was a crap snow year so we'll just have to wait and see; sure would be great to be out there in Oct!
