^^^Nice!

My sister has one of those Santa Fe's and I can't drive it my knees hit the dash and my head hits the cieling.

you must be rich and dont care about warrenty, chevy told me new lmm computer can detect and record any chip on the market and void warenty

I don't think they can detect any chip, they just say that to scare people from doing it. Even if they know it has been chiped, they can't deny warrenty work unless they can prove the power adder caused the problem.

However, when you are running PPE hot +2, I would recomend a new intake an exhaust minimum, and some other sort of way to keep the egts down. Also, when the allison gives it up after 2000 miles, you might as well spend the money on a built tranny.

had to put a Jasper in my Dodge, I got 130000 out of the stock tranny, not bad I guess

Could be right about warrenty, had a 03 with edge/additude and burned up two tranney,s but dealer had to back it cause they installed set up. When i got my 07 i guess they tried to put the fear in me.

My brother and I basically have the same truck except his is a crewcab and mine is an extended cab. He has the Juice w/ Attitude in his and I have a DP Tuner in mine. When we line them up, my truck will absolutely stomp the chit out of them.

I agree the Edge is a big improvement over stock. I don't usually hot rod mine much...almost all my miles are on a tow setting or the 80 HP economy, but it is nice to have the full nutz tune when someone wants to run.

Chances are your Check Engine light came on was because your turbo overboosted or the HPOP wasn't keeping up. The stock 7.3 turbo is only rated up to 25 psi...and stock i think was usually around 17. I think it will throw a code if the boost gets over 21 or 22 lbs.

That would make sense. I am not intending to rod the truck at all either. I really bought the Juice for a little extra torque for towing the HUGE trailer I have. But I have to play a little!!!:D

Tonight is the big trial run so I will post more on tuesday when I get back to work.

Im going to put it on "tow" and just go with it.

We'll see what happens.:beer;

Only reason I bought mine is for when I'm being followed by a Volkswagon or Subaru. Punch it and leave them coughing in my black cloud.

I have people do that to me all the time when im riding my street bike...makes me happy...especially in town

Fixing the power settings at no more than 90 most at 40. Warranty is all good..(you must know where I work to make such statements) and the LMM computer knows nothing of the sort since it is a complete program capture and reload...The LMM has two MAJOR flaws,
1. It cant pull a heavy load without going to regen mode shutting you down into limp mode.
2. MPG blows, were talking 7-10 MPG at best.

We are installing these to cure this problem and it has. Pretty bad when the manufacture puts there hands in the air and says "we do not have a solution at this time"

about the warranty stuff, its a law that the dealerships can not void the warranty if you install an aftermarket product unless they can prove the after market product is the cause of the failure, its starts with an M but i cant remember exactly what the laws called.

Its the Magnusson-Moss act and it was written more so around after market filters and replacement parts vs Power adding upgrades. All a manufacturer has to say is the chip took the the engine and tranny outside of the h.p parameters it was designed for and thus a failure insued.

Diesel trucks are easy you mod them then you are your own warranty station. Want warranty dont add H.P.

Well, I towed the ToyHauler over 400 miles this last weekend and the chip definantley helped. I went through some very good mountain passes and hills. It tow's great at 60 MPH and only lugs down to 45 on the big hills!

Also I noticed that when I am approaching a big hill I need to kick the cruise off as it will try and over rev and puts the EGT's at over 1350! I can pull any hill at around 45MPH at a comfortable 1000-1200 deg. Thus keeping the engine light off.

That sucks! I am actually very careful about bikes being behind me. I've romped off the line and looked back to see a guy on a Harley and felt lower than dirt.
