These lots are located in Pateros, Washington on the Columbia River. They are 1 mile south of the Methow river where some of the best Steelhead fishing in the state can be found. Snowmobile park (Black Canyon) 5 miles North. Gold Creek 19 miles up and Highway 20 and Harts pass 50 miles West.
