hey I'm going to jasper for a company Christmas party this weekend. I was wondering about checking out valemount while I'm out that way. does any one know if I'll be a able to ride this weekend anywhere in the area? I guess what I'm asking is where is the best early season riding usually? And how do I get there?

Uh..... By the term 'Riding' I hope you mean quad.
Its still too early, not enough snow.
Next weekend however there will be over 10' of powder, too bad your company Christmas party wasnt next weekend!

haha yeah i was hoping to pull out the sled. so you say weathers calling for snow maybe ill go again next weekend anyways

I was just kidding about snow next weekend. If you are serious about getting the sled out to Valemount or McBride i would get ahold of 'Depsolvr' on here and ask him where he thinks you should go.
You wont be doing anything though besides riding on the forest service road breaking trail (unless you want to break more than just 'trail' that is) and getting stuck everywhere! Better take some friends.
My first ride is planned for Nov.15 weekend. I hope.....
