Does anybody know where I can get the original 2010 flash for my 09 800 dragon? Dealer claims polaris locked out the old flashes and can't go back

I've got the april reflash in right now but slp doesnt suggest using their pc5 map with the april flash so I need the ones the 10's came with from the factory.

Thats the first I've heard of that one... Maybe it happened with the 3.3 upgrade of Digital Wrench. If so find someone who still has 3.2 and see if they can do it. I'll give my connection a call and see what he knows.

Oh, and just so the rest of you guys know. The original 2010 update came out in Sept/Oct of '09 if I remember correctly.

you don't want the flash that came out in sept/oct it was horrible, its the only thing that has made my sled run crappy. the January one is the 2nd one but is the good one

I know the D8 doesn’t run the same for everyone but I’ve tried just about every map out there and here’s what I’ve found to be the best setup yet (for me!). The sled will pull 8200 - 8250 on hill climbs at will.

’09 D8 Dragon 155 from 3-6000’ 30* (approx)
Original 2010 updates and flash.
NGK BPR9eix, PC5, Stock exhaust system, 64 gram weight, 015 to 020 clearance on the belt (the 115).
#1 NON ethanol premium 92 gas
#2 ethanol wires plugged in
#3 SLP pc5 map.

I should note My sled has never had any issues and had the PC5 installed after its first 50 mi with the DTR map.

Just had the first 2010 flash done at the polaris shop for the map from slp what color injector wire do you have red, blue or yellow I have the polaris part No's that polaris needs to reflash your sled

Jim,

Which map are you running in the PCV? SLP's? Dynotech's? Curious as I just bought my '10 and have er close enuff to broken in to start fiddling with it a lil bit :face-icon-small-hap
I have a PCV already, just need a map to load, will be all stock, no pipe/can etc.
Thanks!

#3 says it all - I pulled it from the "Performance/Modified " section on this site. There is a sticky at the top.

DTR (DynoTech Racing) was to rich in the low to mid and blubberd a bit at 62xx rpm's at about 40% throttle, but did work well for me. Just not as crisp as the SLP map. Also I like how SLP uses a seprate table for each injector.
