Any body having trouble activating the summerization mode on their e-tec's. Help Please!

E-tec Summerization Proceedure
Start your E-tec and let it warm to operating temperature. While it's warming up, press the "S" button on gauge cluster as many times as necessary so that the odometer reading is displayed.
Once warmed up, very quickly depress and release the blue high/low switch about 3 times BEFORE pressing and holding down the "S" button. While continually "tapping" the high/low switch, the phrase "PRESS S" will appear in the gauges' display. When that happens, release the "S" button and stop "tapping the blue high/low switch.Then, immediately HOLD DOWN THE "S" BUTTON FOR 2-3 SECONDS, until the word "OIL" appears. When "OIL" appears, release the "S" button and wait for your E-tec to run through the process and shut itself off.
Done....Now wait for snow.
NOTE: It's important to understand something here...When tapping the blue high/low switch, don't push it down so far that the detent in the switch clicks. Only depress it enough to flash the lights without changing the headlights' mode.

Thanks I'll give that a shoot.
Perfect explanation from Hacksaw, I had to read thru like 5 different threads on DooTalk before I found that. The key was the pushing(lightly flashing the lights) of the hi/lo switch first before hitting the s button for my machine. Sure makes summerization easy though!!!
