I have the e-series max and handlebar bag from Paul and love them both. They are very well built and things stay dry inside. I did take the plates from a craiger built system and bolt it to my e series bag so i can take it off very fast to bring it inside to keep it safe and load all my things in to it inside were it is nice. I still have a shovel in my back pack also.

Got to mountain test my bag last week.
I went with the Max size as I carry some video equipment and the bag worked great. Plenty of room for my supplies and room to spare. I really like the elastic banding inside the bad to secure items...even had two loops to hold water bottles in place...nice
I flipped it around so I would have better clearance to swing my boots over during transfers....worked perfect.
With my last bag I was having trouble getting the clips to release at the end of the day to remove the bag. Not with the latch design here. Packed with snow and the bag came off no problem.
