I used stainless pan head allen bolts on the rear hanger looks a lot like the originals.

You can buy bolts and flanged nylon nuts to replace the rivets. Your doo dealer should be able to tell you which ones to use and buy. But be prepared. The nylon flanged nuts are over $3 each. It does work well though.

The parts breakdown shows a brp part number for a replacment bolt and flanged nut. Tell your dealer to look again. They are expensive to buy from the dealer. I don't think a grade 8 is necessary, Grade 5 6mm bolts with a flanged nylock nut should be fine. A grade 8 bolt is stronger but it is also more brittle and tend to break rather than strech.

sorry about that, The bolts doo uses are a 6x20mm flanged bolt and a flanged nyloc nut. When you order the s module, the nuts and bolts are suppose to come with the module as a kit. For some strange reason the nuts and bolts are not part of the kit for the e module.
