BMP Pipe, BMP High Flow Air Box Self & VF3R reeds, much quicker & stronger!!!
If I had a 2013 800 CFI-2 I would install the richer yellow injectors & have the ECU re-flashed to the much better more reliable & richer 2014 software....
This Jan2016 on my EXCELLENT 2014 800 Pro R Rush with stock head, I installed a BMP Pipe, BMP High Flow Air Box Self & VF3R reeds, much quicker, stronger, & faster then stock with the SLP $250 PCFC fuel controller with my leaned out fuel numbers... In Wis. 1500 feet not one "DET" in -15F to +42F...
I tried running in the 5% richer ethanol fuel mode & no fuel controller, but was slower then stock & a 9 MPG gas hog...
At first it was hard starting & low idle due to the VF3R reeds causing a rich fuel to air ratio only at low RPMs, low 900 RMP idle & hard starting...So then I had to remove fuel at idle or set TPS idle voltage higher... With the very easy to use SLP $250 FCPC I removed -5% fuel at 0-1500 rpms at the 0% & 2% throttle positions to correct a low idle issue due to VF3R reeds....Very easy to use the PCFC fuel only controller...
With just viewing DynoTech's testing on 800CF-2I engine mods that indicate air to fuel ratios with BMP pipe & VF3R reeds I developed my own very lean $250 PCFC fuel map for my light mod 2014 800 Pro R Rush...
DynoTech testing of the SLP & BMP single pipes in 2011 appeared to be almost identical in HP, air to fuel & BSFC ratios... However my engine ran rich & SLOW with the SLP 70-273 fuel map from the SLP PCFC controller & also the BMP map was tooo rich & SLOW......
So I am now running much leaner then the SLP 70-273 map for a SLP pipe on my 2014 800 Pro R Rush... I revised the blank PCFV map with all 0%, then only adding 2% to 4% fuel above 7500 to 8500 RPM... ""DynoTech testing indicated more fuel required from 7500 to 8400 RPM for both VF3R reeds & BMP pipe!!!!""
Even with my lean FCPC fuel map on my light mod 2014 800 pro R Rush with the BMP pipe, BMP high flow air box shelf & VF3R reeds it runs "SPOT ON", no hesitations & NO engine DET after 800 miles... Much stronger/faster, plus13 MPG to 16.7 MPG...

My light engine mods:
WOW!!!- BMP Pipe, BMP High Flow Air Box Self & VF3R reeds, much quicker & stronger!!!
#BMP 2011-Up Pro-R 800 Single Pipe for $479.95...
http://bikemanperformance.com/snowmobile/polaris/rush-800/bmp-2011-rush-rmk-assault-single-pipe.html
One of the best single pipes available for the Pro-R 800 CFI-2, gains an easy 7-8 horsepower, also 4 solid ft/lb of torque gained...
Thicker material than other aftermarket pipes to prevent cracking
#Bikeman Polaris Pro-R 600/800 CFI High Flow Air Box Shelf for $39.95 that increases HP by +3 HP?
#I installed V-Force 3R Reeds Cages for my 2014 800 Pro R Rush ($258) from BMP....

#Installed a 21 tooth top gear ($15) & a 37 tooth bottom gear ($20), purchased from E-Bay....

The last few weeks my light mod 2014 800 Pro R Rush "SMOKED" a stock strong 8200/8300 RPM no fade 2015 800 AXYS SB & a stock 2016 8000 ZR Cat several times....
Then again smoked the 8000 ZR Cat after the guy installed a SLP Single Pipe kit that now has too much HP just spins track hard, poor weight transfer & poor traction....
Suggest that you get a $25 subscription to DynTech, review his detailed testing on VF3R reeds & a 2011 800 Poo pipe shoot out & a Boysion Rad valve testing.... Review the air to fuel ratios, BSCF numbers.... Show that the 2013 800 ECU is much leaner then the 2014 ECU software from 6200 rpm to 7200 rpm & 8000 to 8300 rpm....
So do you want to spend $249 for an easy to use SLP PCFC fuel controller or approx. $400 pistons, $1000 cylinder, $1000 crankshaft, $300 for crankcase????
If you request I would message you my PCFC fuel numbers, but due to mod head suggest that you add at least 2% extra fuel???
Good Luck; Rich
