Dyno Results POL 800 CFI - BMP Durability With BMP Head

Sooo what did u manipulate the first dyno run to get it to be 144hp on the first run?

This sled had 1800 miles and its a known fact that they loose power as they go on so I guess the answer to your question is we drove it.

I'm curious if a lot of that ain't sales pitch talk. This is the internet ...

Does any body have solid proof that isn't associated with trying to sell one of their kits.

I am just trying to give you the information and let you know that we do test our stuff. I figured people would like to see our results. I would love to see someone post Dynosheets that isn't a performance company but the reality of the situation is Dynotech is the only truly independent dyno that posts to the public on a regular basis. So if he wants to do a Polaris 800 cfi upgrade comparison we would be more than happy to send our parts or if a consumer is going there get ahold of me and I can probably get you a kit if you post before and after results.

Thanks for your input I don't blame you from being cautious

Thanks for putting up some numbers. Your replies to the responses has been courteous as well, takes courage, and I suppose confidence in your product to do this. I wish more companies would do this but as we all know the response is usually not so good. If this product won't deliver I'm sure I'll hear about it soon enough on here. How about someone take him up on his offer of sending a sled to dynotech?

what makes your kit better then the other kit on the market why should we by your kit when you are 100 plus dollars more for same type drop in piston kit on the market

I used a drop in kit last year that was cheaper, the money I spent tryin to get it to work, I could had bought a bb kit, I removed the kit cause i couldn't get it to work.
The vendor I used didnt even run his kit on a 13 and we were the guenni pigs doin all the leg work, bikeman has got real world miles on this kit at all elevations, and can help us with tuning and clutching.
Im buyin thier kit with pipe, head and pistons, and I will not cheerlead thier product if it dont show results...

What kit was that? So we know what NOT to buy.

:face-icon-small-ton I am not trying to talk bad or bash there stuff in any why I was just asking a question why so if I got you guys all worked up

bikeman has been working hard these past few years to correct a few problems they had some years back and they have been doing a great job imo..

I find there quality and fit and finish have really been good on the products I have had..

I give them credit for throwing the numbers out there that does and could make them vulnerable...but at least they have the guts to publish them rather then some that make claims..

I like them as a vendor along with many other hard working vendors in the aftermarket..

Im not gonna bash, just buy this kit, and hopfully the support and r&d is better

Not going to bash? That's the whole point of this forum. Not bashing but sharing what works and what doesn't. If I spent 1000's of $ and the product didn't work, I would sure as he!! tell others about it. Could be wrong, but it sounds like you are blowing smoke and are just a cheerleader for Bikeman.

Got a point, this is the only dyno sheet on any of the kits.

How does the kit work on turbo sleds?
Do you make a turbo specific head?

Are you going to have any one hand at Haydays to sell?

No smoke show here, just search the fourms under my name and read all my post, i aint blowin no smoke and im not cheerleading, just bikeman kit in my opinion makes more sence, they also have tested this kit at many elevations as i was told in a phone call to them. I had the other kit and it wouldn't hold the rs with pol weights as per instructions, i bought a tied as recomended and still same issues, im also one of those lightweight guys out there so clutching should not be an issue.
If bike turns out to be false claims, ill be the first to report it.
i have a 13 proclimb cat as well and that is the measuring for my 13 pro, last season i was told my dropin kit would let me run with my cat power wise...... not even close.
im gonna buy the head and piston kit along with a pipe.

adamg (probably to late to mater)
but i spoke with a few who were clutcing for 8100 rpm +/- and i had my own
reasons for it i guess your conventional wisdom is different than mine :face-icon-small-win i still kinda wondered from BMp why they thought the rpm peak was higher than the stock setup but i've moved on to thinking about turbos now so ha ha :brick:
:focus:
